MedConnect began with a simple but deeply personal realization. At some point, all of us have experienced a situation where we — or our relatives — needed medical care outside of a clinic, especially nurse care at home. Finding reliable help in these moments is often difficult. Online, there are countless advertisements, but little information about who these professionals really are, what their qualifications are, or whether they can be trusted.

Patients frequently need to call clinics, wait on the line, book appointments by phone, then wait again at the clinic — sometimes just to have a short consultation. For many people living outside major cities, this challenge is even greater, as they may need to travel long distances to Tbilisi simply to see a specialist.

These experiences made one thing clear: healthcare access should not be confusing, time-consuming, or uncertain.

What started as an idea to simplify medical bookings evolved into MedConnect — a connected healthcare platform that brings clinics, doctors, and licensed nurses together in one secure place. Today, MedConnect works closely with leading clinics in Georgia to support online consultations, in-clinic visits, and trusted at-home care.

Throughout this journey, we have focused on real healthcare needs — listening to patients and healthcare professionals, refining our platform, and building MedConnect around trust, safety, and ease of use.
